Presentation Evening and AGM. Friday 18th October.

On Friday evening, 18th October, we will be presenting the club’s trophies and medals for the recent Track and Field Athletics season to be followed by the AGM.

The evening will start at 7pm and be held at The Comrades Club in Newbury Street, Wantage. (Next to the memorial park – at the point where Newbury Street becomes Manor Road). Some car parking is available at the venue. Following the presentations we will have short break. The bar will be open and there will be some savoury snacks available. (We are not providing a meal). The 2019 Annual General Meeting will follow at around 7.45pm.

In addition to the club’s trophies for the Track and Field season we will present participation medals to those young athletes who participated in athletics competitions through the summer.

Paperwork for the AGM is available on the club website. Either follow the members area drop-down menu or the direct link here. We will keep printed paperwork to an absolute minimum on the evening – please take a look online beforehand. It is expected that the AGM will start at around 19:45.
