Training & Social Runs

Sundays 8.55am 

Court Hill Centre, Wantage OX12 9NE

Our regular Sunday Social run always has two or three distance/paced runs to make sure everyone can chat while running. It’s a great, no pressure, way to regularly meet people in the club while getting a few miles in.

Tuesdays 7pm

  • Coached structured training including ABC (Agility, Balance, Coordination)
  • Letcombe Regis Village Hall
  • Occasionally at Tilsley Park Athletics Track, Abingdon (entry fee)

Thursday 6.30pm, Wantage Leisure Centre:

  • Consolidation run, 6-8km at a chatty pace, led by Run Leaders

(Ideal for those transitioning from 5k, or simply looking for a friendly social run in company.)

  • Coached, structured training session (intervals, hill repetitions, or steady/social run)
