Tuesdays 7pm

  • Coached structured training including ABC (Agility, Balance, Coordination)
  • Letcombe Regis Village Hall
  • Occasionally at Tilsley Park Athletics Track, Abingdon (entry fee)

Thursday Evenings, Wantage Leisure Centre:

6.30pm: Consolidation run, 6-8km at a chatty pace, led by Run Leaders

Ideal for those transitioning from 5k, or simply looking for a friendly social run in company.

7pm: Coached, structured training session (intervals, hill repetitions, or steady/social run)

Sundays 8.55am 

Court Hill Centre, Wantage OX12 9NE

Social Trail Runs:

  • Guided trail run through Oxfordshire countryside, often followed by tea & cake
  • Common route: The Ridgeway; sometimes around Oxford, Hungerford, or Savernake Forest
  • Three groups with different run lengths
