About
The White Horse Gallop is a circular trail running race starting and finishing on the Ridgeway taking in the sights of National Trust sites of Ashdown House and the original White Horse Hill on an “undulating” route.
The event is held under UK Athletics rules. Trail Running Association permit number to be confirmed.

Prizes and Mementoes
In 2023 all finishers received a commemorative mug. The first placed male and female will received a bespoke Golden White Horse Trophy. There were prizes for the second and third female and male in addition to some age category and spot prizes. Age Group Categories:

Minimum Age
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the event
Minimum Fitness
There is no cut off time for the race; we expect the longest running times to be around 3 1/2 hrs
