The athletics season began for the juniors on Sunday 28th April at Horspath with the first meeting of Oxfordshire Track and Field League (formerly Oxfordshire Junior League). This was closely followed on the evening of Monday 29th April with the first meeting of the Southern Counties Veterans Athletics Club (aka ‘Vets League’) also at Horspath, see photos above.

Oxfordshire Track & Field County Championship 2024 This takes place at Horspath on the weekend of 11th & 12th May, and caters for all age categories starting with U13 right up to the 60+ groups. The next Vets League fixture is at Tilsley Park in Abingdon on Wednesday 29th May. We’d love to have a great WHH turnout for this meeting, so please check your diaries and let me know if you can make it.
