Vets League Match 2

The second Vets League meeting of the season took place at Tilsley Park on 28th May. A small Harriers team participated in 2000m Walk, 200m, 800m, Shot, Discus and Triple Jump. Final results now show two new PBs and club records for Kerry Wilkinson in W35 200m & 800m, and Simon Leech takes club record for 800m M60 and also sets a new PB in Discus. Thanks to Martin Smith for photos, and to Gareth Smith, Bruce Charles, and Richard Jegou for their duties officiating in Women’s Shot Put. I was also an official and participant, hence white top! The results are now available on Power of Ten. Congratulations to the club record setters, looking forward to match 3 on 12th June!
