Dick Jegou wins British Masters Championships

Dick Jegou won the Gold medal in the Discus with a seasons best throw of 30.28m.  This achieved despite a leg injury this season which has hampered training.

Not satisfied with this, Dick went on to secure the Silver medal in the Shot giving him his most successful British Championship ever!
