Structured Training Plan – Spring 2018
Jonathan and the senior coaches have been working on an exciting new training plan to help us get into shape for 2018.
Based on your feedback, interest and the approaching White Horse Half Marathon, the coaches have created the following plan for the coming 12 weeks.
The plan includes coached sessions on Tues, Thurs and Saturday sessions (thanks to the coaches for agreeing to support this!), suggested long runs and exercises for Mon, Wed and Fri for those who would like to build trunk strength.
Whether you’re looking at your New Years resolutions, planning to improve your running or aiming for a PB at the White Horse Half, this will benefit you. You can join every session, or fit in whichever sessions work around your busy life. More details here
