This trail half marathon route stays entirely within the forest and uses a mix of wide and smaller tracks. It starts in the north west corner near the car park. As there are so many trail options it is advised to use the GPX file on a GPS, smartphone or watch to aid navigation, as well as a paper map. There are some private roads and trails so please respect these and pay heed to any advice about forestry management operations which take place occasionally. As you go around you will no doubt see some of the amazing monument oaks for which the forest is famous. Afterwards relax and refuel in Marlborough!
