Other Training Sessions:
Our Runleaders have put together the training plan for any Harriers wanting to build their pace, distance and improve their form. For 12 weeks running from the 5th September 17 we’re running 3 structured sessions each week (Tuesday, Thursday and alternate Saturday’s) with the aim of supporting people to complete the Eynsham 10k on the 26th November. The Intermediates Group Sat run is definitely worth getting up for, as it usually takes in scenic Oxfordshire trails and sometimes includes breakfast at the end! Details of meeting at the following locations. More info
There is also a structured Saturday hill session every other week for the period 5th September 2017 onwards with the first session on the 9th September.
On non-race days there is a guided trail run through the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. (sometimes followed by tea & cake). Typically we’ll run on The Ridgeway, but occasionally seek out new routes around Oxford, Hungerford or Savernake Forest.
It’s a long social run, at talking pace.

Competitive Juniors. 7.00pm
A track session under the supervision of Club Coaches, Tom King and Angela Briscoe at Tilsley Park, Dunmore Rd, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 1PU
