Kevin Brady

I joined the Harriers in 2019, having started running on my own a couple of years earlier. I soon realised how much I enjoyed the social aspect of running with other people, and the enormous benefits of the wisdom, experience and encouragment of others.

Having also quickly realised I’ll never be the fastest runner (!), I am instead very happy to pursue longer and longer distances and my own personal challenges, and enjoy the local trails with our yellow labrador – Dilys – most mornings.
