I can’t remember a time when I didn’t own a pair of running shoes. I have run competitively since my school days, but now you’re more likely to find me jogging around the local villages.
I love helping with both the juniors and the Jogwantage groups. I bring motivation and training skills (not always appreciated at the time) and always encourage a positive mental attitude towards fitness. It’s not what you can’t do, but what you can!.
