Training & Social Runs

Sundays 8.55am 

Court Hill Centre, Wantage OX12 9NE

Our regular Sunday Social run always has two or three distance/paced runs to make sure everyone can chat while running. It’s a great, no pressure, way to regularly meet people in the club while getting a few miles in.

Local footpaths and bridleways (interactive map – new window)

Tuesdays 6.30pm

  • Coached structured training including speed intervals and  ABC (Agility, Balance, Coordination)
  • Wantage Leisure Centre
  • Occasionally at Tilsley Park Athletics Track, Abingdon (entry fee)

Thursdays,  Wantage Leisure Centre:

  • 6.30pm: RunWantage (consolidation run), 6-8km at a chatty pace, led by Run Leaders

(Ideal for those transitioning from 5k, or simply looking for a friendly social run in company.)

  • 7.30pm: 1 hr coached, structured training session (intervals, hill repetitions, or tempo run)
