Olympic Selection for Club Member

2008 – Congratulations to Jessica Harrison, a member of White Horse Harriers AC,  who has secured a place at the Beijing Olympic 2013 Games  in  August. Harriers Jess competes in the triathlon, and was 19th at last month’s world championships in Vancouver and ninth at the European championships in Lisbon in May. These finishes were enough  to  ensure  her  selection to Reports the French Triathlon Team.

Jess, 30, was born in Sheffield, and has been a member of White Horse Harriers for several years. She moved to France a  couple of years ago where she now  competes. We wish her well in the Games, and will follow her event with interest.
