2018 Annual General Meeting.
The meeting was held on Saturday 10th November 2018 at Challow & Childrey Cricket Club and was follwed by a social evening.

During the AGM the following new annual subscription rates will be proposed:
| Family: | £80 (option of 4 quarterly payments of £20 on standing order) |
| Senior (19 & Over): | £40 |
| Junior (including Under-11), Student & Under 19: | £24 |
| Associate: | £10 |
| Joining Fee (New Members Only) Includes WHH vest | £15 |
